The standard
Every surface in your scope has a method, a product and a person responsible for it.
That is the difference between a building that looks clean on the first visit and one that still looks clean in month six.

Scope-based accountability
Inspected, logged and shared
Why OLAH Services
Quality slips when nobody wrote down what “clean” means, when the crew changes every month, and when nobody inspects the result. We built our company around fixing all three.
Every account starts with an on-site walkthrough and a task-by-task scope of work. You know exactly what happens nightly, weekly, monthly and quarterly — and so does the crew.
We assign and train a consistent team for your building. Familiar faces learn your priorities, your access procedures and the details that a rotating roster always misses.
Account supervisors run scheduled quality inspections against your scope and share the results. Issues get corrected before you have to notice them.
You get a direct line to a dedicated account manager — not a ticket queue. Emergency and after-hours requests are covered 24/7, year round.
Who we serve
A dental suite, a distribution center and a bank branch have almost nothing in common except the need to look immaculate. We scope each one differently.
Multi-tenant towers, single-tenant headquarters, law firms, agencies and coworking floors.

No drawn-out sales cycle and no guesswork. Most new accounts go from walkthrough to first service inside two weeks.
We visit your facility, measure the real square footage, review traffic patterns and listen to what has not been working with your current program.
You receive a written scope of work and a flat, itemized price — nightly, weekly, monthly and periodic tasks all defined. No surprise line items later.
We handle keys, alarm codes, badge requirements and insurance certificates, then train your assigned crew on the building before the first service date.
Supervisors inspect against the scope on a set schedule, share results with you, and adjust the program as your facility and headcount change.

Client feedback
What facility managers, property managers and practice administrators tell us after the program has been running for a while.
“The difference we noticed first was consistency. The same team shows up, they know our floor, and the monthly inspection report means I am not the one catching problems.”
“Turnovers used to be the bottleneck on every lease. Now we hand over the keys and the suite is show-ready with photos in the file before the walkthrough.”
“Our exam rooms have to be right, every night. The protocols are documented, the products are logged, and our compliance review was the easiest one we have had.”
Questions
Still deciding? These are the questions that come up on nearly every walkthrough.
Pricing comes down to square footage, the type of space, how much of it is high-traffic, the tasks in your scope and how often we visit. We complete a free on-site walkthrough, then send a flat monthly price with the scope of work attached so you can see exactly what is included.
Both. Most offices, clinics and retail spaces prefer overnight or evening service so the work is invisible. Warehouses and multi-shift operations are often scheduled around production, and buildings with heavy foot traffic add a day porter during business hours.
Yes. Every OLAH team member is a background-checked employee — not a day-labor subcontractor — and we carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We provide certificates of insurance naming your entity before the first service date.
We are based in Aurora, Illinois and serve the Fox Valley and greater Chicagoland, including Naperville, Oswego, Montgomery, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Yorkville, Plainfield, Bolingbrook and the surrounding communities. If you are just outside that footprint, ask — we often can help.
Yes. Property managers and multi-site operators are a large part of our work. We consolidate multiple addresses into one scope, one account manager and one invoice, with reporting broken out per location.
Call or email your account manager and we return to correct it — typically before the next scheduled service. Recurring issues trigger a supervisor re-training and a scope review, because a miss that repeats is a system problem, not a person problem.
Ready when you are
Tell us about your facility and we will schedule an on-site visit, build a scope of work around it and send a flat, itemized price — usually within two business days.
