About us
A cleaning company built the way facility managers wish cleaning companies were built.
OLAH Services was founded in Aurora, Illinois on a simple observation: buildings rarely get dirty because someone is lazy. They get dirty because nobody defined the standard, nobody kept the crew consistent, and nobody checked the work.
- Employees, not day labor
- Written scope on every account
- Supervisor-led inspections
- Locally owned and operated
Our story
Founded on the night shift, run on the details.
We started with a handful of accounts on the west side of Aurora and a rule that has not changed since: write down exactly what will be done, assign a crew that stays, and inspect the result. That is the whole model.
Since 2014 we have grown across the Fox Valley and into greater Chicagoland by keeping accounts rather than chasing them — offices, clinics, schools, warehouses, dealerships and multi-tenant portfolios that needed a vendor who would stop making them follow up.
We are still locally owned. The person who quotes your building is the person you will call when something needs attention.

What we stand for
Four commitments we are willing to be measured against.
Consistency over promises
Any company can impress on the first visit. Our systems exist so visit two hundred looks exactly like visit one.
Respect for your people
Our crews work in occupied buildings. They are uniformed, badged, quiet, discreet and trained to treat your staff and clients as their own.
Fair work, fair pay
We pay above the local average and invest in training. Cleaners who are treated well stay — and retention is why your building gets the same team.
Straight answers
If something was missed, we say so and fix it. If a request falls outside the scope, we price it honestly instead of quietly letting quality slide.
How we operate
Six systems that keep quality from drifting.
Every one of these exists because a building somewhere got worse without them.
A written scope, not a vague promise
Every account starts with an on-site walkthrough and a task-by-task scope of work. You know exactly what happens nightly, weekly, monthly and quarterly — and so does the crew.
The same crew, every visit
We assign and train a consistent team for your building. Familiar faces learn your priorities, your access procedures and the details that a rotating roster always misses.
Supervisors who inspect the work
Account supervisors run scheduled quality inspections against your scope and share the results. Issues get corrected before you have to notice them.
Someone answers the phone
You get a direct line to a dedicated account manager — not a ticket queue. Emergency and after-hours requests are covered 24/7, year round.
Safer products, properly used
Green-certified chemistry wherever it performs, EPA-registered disinfectants where it counts, correct dilution and dwell times, and SDS documentation kept on file for your records.
Vetted, insured, accountable
Background-checked employees, OSHA-compliant procedures, full liability and workers' compensation coverage, and documented key and alarm control.
