Yes. Every OLAH team member is a background-checked employee — not a day-labor subcontractor — and we carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We provide certificates of insurance naming your entity before the first service date.

Wherever performance allows, yes. We default to green-certified chemistry, microfiber systems that cut water and chemical use, and HEPA filtration vacuums. For clinical and outbreak situations we use EPA-registered disinfectants applied at the dwell times on the label.

We use straightforward service agreements with a 30-day cancellation clause. We would rather earn the account every month than trap anyone in a term they regret.
